Laboratory Services

The Calhoun Memorial Hospital Lab team is composed of highly trained and educated Medical Technologists and Medical Lab Technicians. Equipped with top of the line equipment, our lab provides one-on-one services for each patient. Providing 24-hour services to patients of Calhoun Memorial and on-site draws at R.E. Jennings Medical Clinic, the Lab staff prides itself on meeting patients in their treatment areas to minimize movement between treatment areas. Lab staff also serves the residents of Calhoun Nursing Home, eliminating the need for residents to travel off-site for routine lab work.

The laboratory department at HACC has been committed to quality service as well as quality patient care for over 25 years. Over the past few years, technology within our laboratory has advanced greatly to allow efficient results to be released in the case of emergent situations along with routine lab studies.
